Within this project, IT company, “ITNovations” was provided by a detailed diagnose and organizational consulting serviceincluding: marketing, sales, finance, human resources management and resolution of legal issues and development. Specialists with different background were involved in the evaluation process, including the Alliance Group Holding’s professionals’ team. Evaluation report and recommendations have been sent to the company's management.

The final meeting was held with ITNovations’ management team, who has expressed interest to continue cooperation with Alliance Group Capital.
