Shumeri Kukava is the Deputy Director of Alliance Group Holding since 2013 and at the same time he is the member of Board of Directors since 2005. He is the Head of Operations Department of Alliance Group Leasing since 2014.

Shumeri Kukava was managing Consulting and Investment departments of investment company Alliance Group Capital during 2013-2014. Shumeri Kukava occupied leading positions at Bank of Georgia during 1996-2012. He was supervising departments of Customer Service, Expert-Appraisers, Analysis and Monitoring of Credit Risks, Investment Banking and Financial Analysis.

He graduated from Tbilisi State University, faculty of Mathematics in 1992.
